How much is base & bonus for a 2nd yr analyst in m&a @ a mm boutique shop with 8-10 bankers in Chicago

interviewing a 2nd yr analyst from a chicago firm, just trying to get a sense of what's the market rate there so we can adjust our offer accordingly.
