Hi, I'll be starting at a Canadian "big six" as an analyst this coming summer full-time. I know that bonus at most banks is paid annually, do I qualify for bonus my first year? I know some kids weren't given a bonus because they started mid-term ... (I don't know the full story). Also when are bonuses paid?
