A2A in One Year
Just wanted to see if anyone’s seen individuals go A2A in 1 year. I understand it’s extremely unlikely, but what would someone have to do in order to reach that?

even if you're a god, what incentive do they have to promote you after 1 year when they can just keep you at AN2 salary?

Not happening. Even god-tier analysts just get a solid bonus and a pat on the back. There's zero reason for them to do this
