2022 A2A Promotion Perks (Vacation / Training / Bonus / etc)
Newly promoted A2A Associates, what are some of the perks that you are receiving? Other than a bonus, any additional vacation? Training? I heard some banks are giving weeks/months of PTO + training
Haven't seen up-to-date posts like this on WSO so wanted to start a new thread to comp 2022 data.
I'll start –
Bank: Canadian Big 5 (RBC / TD / BMO)
Location: Canada
Extra vacation: 1 week (one time only)
Sign-on / Promo bonus: $10k
Training: TBD
Centerview:
200k bonus pretax
4 week sabbatical
CVP seems like the Disneyland of IB
I would be extremely irresponsible with a $200k promotion bonus and 4 weeks off lmao. Imagine getting that after a third-year Centerview bonus which is probably crazy high too

Bump to $175k base.
Signing bonus of $50k.
Mandatory 2 week vacation, uninterrupted.
OP has to work at BMO or TD. A $10k A2A bonus is atrocious

A2A Bonus: $100k pre tax (after 2 years vs Centerview's and Evercore's 3 year analyst program)
Base: $175k (again, making this in my third year out of college)
3 week sabbatical
Is the $100k a supplemental bonus, or total annual bonus?

Is an A2A bonus common in S&T at Big 5's?
I'm slated for an Analyst to Assoicate promotion at the end of the fiscal. I haven't heard of the A2A bonus at my firm.
MM firm, got no extra bonus or sabbatical, but heard A2As who got promoted in 2021 did. Sucks to see some of the responses here but at least my base is $175 now and my annual bonus wasn’t atrocious considering how 2022 went
