Accept HSBC or Keep Recruiting

I got an exploding offer from HSBC from SA 2024, and was wondering if y'all thought it made more sense to accept the offer from HSBC (which might not be a top bank) or reject it and continue recruiting? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

HSBC US IB division is on its last legs. The only serious deals they do is working cross border. If it was my only offer, I would take it cause it’s better then nothing. The strongest team is definitely the chemicals coverage in industrials and power and infrastructure.
