Myself and other Analysts in my Group were recently laid off. I have good deal experience on my resume (and was a strong performer), and have been reaching out to Associates and VPs in an attempt to break back into IB, but no one is responding. Lateral Analyst postings are practically non-existent now. Does anyone have any advice?
