Advice Needed - Junior fin/acct major at a non-target
I'm a junior fin/acct major at a nontarget and talked to a MD from my school this morn at a top boutique. He told me to send him my resume whenever I wanted and he would pass it around to people he knew. Should I send my resume now or should I wait until recruiting picks up in Nov/Dec? I don't want to send it too early and have him forget about it, but is it better to just send it now?
How big is the firm? Does it have an HR department or do certain individuals moonlight as recruiters?
Its big. Definitely has an HR dept.
