I was hoping to get a little bit of advice. Recently I was contacted by a recruiter looking to fill a position for a small boutique IB. The firm has 10 employees and is focused in the RE industry. The position is for Analyst/Associate with base salary around 80-85K and bonus of 20-30K. Currently I work in the Market Risk department of a Fortune 500 bank and was wondering if this is a worthwhile opportunity to try and pursue. Ultimately I would like to work in AM/PE and am currently studying to get my CFA.
