Advice to get into investment baking

Hello Guys

I just graduated college from SUNY New Paltz with a BS in Finance and a 3.4 GPA. I recently got a job offer from Chase Bank for a relationship banker position. I am suppose to start at the end of this month, however my true career goal is to work in investment banking. I already read the other forms and am pretty familiar what an investment banking job entails.

I'm wondering what advice anyone might have to an aspiring investment banker. Should I go back to college to earn my Masters. I heard you need an undergraduate degree from an ivy league school if you ever want to get your foot in the door, is this true?

I don't know, I am open to any suggestions. Looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say.
