Advice to new analysts for the first few months?

I just laterales to a bigger bank in my space. Prior I had been a tech at a smaller firm. Now that I am in my new role, I have currently been working ~4 weeks. Things are much more fast paced, much more corporate, and cutthroat at my new job. It’s very interesting because I’m basically learning from 0. However it’s very stressful as I’ve felt that I know absolutely nothing and I feel miles behind the rest of the team. Lots of impostor syndrome kicking in and feeling like im completely incompetent. Do you guys have any advice on how to handle this transition as well as how to get myself up to speed becoming a good analyst, I am worried I am not meeting expectations.
