Advisors behind Google-Wiz deal?

Big TMT deal today. Alphabet is reportedly negotiating a potential $23 billion deal to snap up cybersecurity startup Wiz. This would mark Google's largest acquisition to date, aiming to boost its cloud computing arm.

While the advisory teams haven't been publicly named, I'm thinking either Centerview, Qatalyst, or Evercore might be on the sell-side. They've been behind other major deals recently like Cisco/Splunk and Ansys/Synopsys. Considering Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are Wiz clients, the dynamics around potential conflicts of interest could get interesting.

What are your thoughts on this? Is absurdly high multiple justified? Would love to hear thoughts.

So this is getting blocked by the FTC right?

Meta can't even buy dinky little startups without Lina Khan up their ass... And this is $23b!

BofA was the exclusive advisor to Google, kinda surprised. Thought Lazard was the sole/exclusive advisor that they work with often.

And GS advised Wiz.

Mind if I ask source?
