There’s a few old, very minimal threads on Aeris Partners, but was wondering if anyone has worked there or has any insight?
Considering a summer internship with them and would appreciate thoughts on how that experience might set me up for future endeavors.

Strong platform in the MM software space. Familiar with them as I went through their recruiting process in the past, though landed elsewhere. It seemed like a good shop - high responsibility, focus on development, emphasis on meaningful deal work, and great culture. Most of the people seemed sharp as well.
In terms of how it would set you up for future endeavors, when I ran a Linkedln search in the past seems like solid exits to some UMM/MM funds across buyout as well as some solid growth and VC firms. Seems p in line for other strong MM tech groups.
Thanks for your thoughtful and comprehensive reflection on your experience with them. Really helps aid my decision process as I work to figure out what I value and am looking for early in my career.
Do you remember if they had a sophomore program?
It didn’t seem like they did. I can’t definitively say they wouldn’t take a sophomore for their general internship though. Although they are done recruiting for 2022 I believe anyways
Actually had some coffee chats with two different people who work there earlier this month and they said no soph program. But like ^ the commenter above said, can't definitively say they wouldn't take a soph
Hey good luck and congrats if you got an offer from them. Not sure if I know too much about them but I think a former Moelis colleague of mine works for them or at least went to work for them after his time at Moelis. He was a friendly, nice guy and solid banker from what I remember about him. I hope that helps
