Aeris Partners Lifestyle/Compensation/Exits
Possibly looking to lateral. Any insight into Aeris' compensation structure? Seems like the firm is very fit focused and the hours aren't too bad. Heard solid MM Boston Tech PE exits but not too much around on comp. Thanks

It is a small firm, so this information is not really publicized. Happen to know someone from the firm well and comp is benchmarked with EBs. Tech M&A has obviously done well the last couple years. In terms of exits, there is a relatively small sample size of analysts, but most have exited to MM to UMM PE/growth in Boston/San Fran.
