AI <> WSO

WSO has an endless supply of incredibly useful information on so many firms (anecdotal stories, bonuses, culture, exit ops, etc.). I would be very curious to see how they can leverage this data set by building their own AI / selling the rights to the data to other bots that can sort / categorize / compile these data points in a presentable manner.

I think this will be a significant underpinning in the AI arms race: who has the best data set and do they have to buy / subscribe to the accessed data.  Think about the large data warehouses out there that are not building their own AI bot in-house (Craigslist, Slack, eBay, Reddit, etc.).  Will be interested to see how / if these companies choose to monetize their data.

Not sure if AI would be incredibly useful vs ElasticSearch or similar functionality for super high quality rich text search.

I think one of the biggest beauties of ChatGPT is the Chat part. GPT is super impressive, don’t get me wrong I love my LLMs and am a premium subscription user of it. But rich text search, which has existed for quite a while and somewhat works for WSO, is equally useful if you just put that into “chat format”
