All things Lazard

Hey guys, did my SA stint elsewhere and lateraled here for FT - was wondering if any recent Lazard employees can share updated information regarding culture, comp, benefits, promotion bonuses, or anything that might be helpful.

Just excited about the new role and looking to learn more.

very close w someone at Lazard. Comp is lowest among the EBs, basically pays like a BB at this point. Culture is solid unless you’re in RX. Monday Friday WFH is great. Have heard of analysts and associates taking off on a Friday and working remotely from like LA or wherever they go and not coming back till the Tuesday they’re supposed to be back in office (ofc they are still working remotely this entire time tho, but they still have that freedom to kinda do that). I think Laz employees get a discount at Equinox? (Don’t quote me on this one) not many in office perks though from what I’ve heard.
