Analyst Comp for Private Capital Advisory at EB (EVR/LAZ/MOE)

How does comp in PCA groups compare to coverage groups at EB for analysts?

There have been threads that shed light on associate PCA pay, but the limited info I found on comp for analysts was conflicting?

Also, how are exit ops? Can you only exit into secondaries funds?

pay is top of street around 200k+ at EVR, exit opps to PE/VC are pretty much non existent, most exits are to secondaries funds, investor relations, and other non investment based exits
