Analyst Total Compensation?

Title should be self-explanatory, albeit perhaps elementary

What is a ballpark figure for total comp of an An1 and An2? I see plenty of threads on the far ends of each spectrum, like CVP/Q analysts (the very few of them there are) pulling 250k, and then some BB analysts barely cracking 130k with menial bonuses?

So what's a reasonable expectation for an average An1 investment banker? 180ish? 200?

Rough estimates, but $150k+ for A1 and ~$200k for A2 all-in at BBs. I just went through the lateral process as an A2 and was quoted at ~$200k at one BB and another BB told me $200 - $225k.

Edit: Don't see why I'm getting Monkey Shit, these were numbers quoted to me by HR from two BBs within the last month. The A2s at my old firm got $65 - $75 Summer 2023, which is in line with the above.

You’ll probably see around 150k and 170k for mid performing analyst 1s and analyst 2s at most places
