Currently incoming FT at an EB in a coverage group. I am an accredited investor, and I often invest in early-stage private companies.
Wondering if this will be a concern when I go full-time. I know for early-stage private investing, compliance has been known to clear that kind of stuff, but wondering if it's a bad look or if investing in companies in my coverage area would be a red flag in any way.
