Another offer decision thread

I know there are plenty of these threads, but here's my situation. I'm choosing between BarCap Chicago, a top MM (Jefferies, Houlihan Lokey) in NYC, Peter J Solomon and Piper Jaffray NYC.

What do I do with my life, WSO? Assuming the most important things in life are exit opps, comp and hours, of course.

Thanks. I should add I've preliminarily already narrowed it down to the MM and BarCap, which is where it gets a bit tougher for me.

I would go for NYC, top MM. I think that one should set you up strongly for later on. I am not sure on Barcap in Chicago so maybe there are some strong pros to consider there. Comp would be similar I assume.
