Any banks followed suit since BofA announced salary bump?
I know Blair did one time bonus but curious if anyone who has heard anything else? Seems like the movement is losing steam.

Will take time but I think every bank is going to have to have some adjustment just to be in line with market. Most analyst bonuses aren’t until summer so that’s when things get interesting with turnover.
HL just announced pay bumps and a bunch of other benefits
Good sign! Hopefully other BBs follow....
What benefits/perks did they announce?
Losing steam? Didn't BAML announce the junior comp bump like 48 hours ago? Are you expecting BB banks to follow suit and announce within a couple days?
These are global financial institutions bruh. You have to fight through a zillion layers of bureaucracy to get after hours meals comped - it's going to take longer than 2 days to get a comp increase/match to BAML approved and communicated to the juniors at the other BBs.....
For reference on how long these things take, I was a summer associate during the time MS announced their base pay increase for associates. That happened in May 2018 and our EB didn't inform us of their increase in response until October 2018.
Are CS and BoFA still only BBs that boosted pay to $175k?
WFS promised net zero emissions by 2050. That's better than a bonus. /s
Were bonuses good at least?
I heard BMO did from my friend there.
Nomura bumped associate base salary in London
Jesus Christ Barclays really taking their sweet ass time
