1. Deal flow not great. Think mostly semis but I think it was bc a son of some large semiconductor CEO or founder was/is there (not sure). Otherwise a shitton of random software pitches.

2. Hours are bad. Better than NY tech but worse in terms of time spent on stupid pitches vs. executing live deals (NY tech does more live deals with its own fair share of stupid pitches).

3. Small junior team. Not as much of a culture really exists...plus the office is not in FIDI...nothing really around it

4. Weird personalities at the mid/senior level. I recall some of them just being super weird...no charisma...just could feel their insecurities
