Anyone could provide insight on PWP?

Currently working at a Truist/Piper/RJ tier shop. Have a potential offer to join PWP. However, it’s in NYC with high COL. What are some perks on working at PWP? What dinner stipend, wfh policy, Uber and etc? Any insight is helpful. Culture?

ppl only go into office 3-4 days a week. meal stipend is $35 after working past 5 pm. On weekends it's $35 after 12pm and another $35 after 5pm. Culture is amazing, nicest ppl I've ever talked to. Office is getting huge renovation so it will be similar to a trading floor where it's very open rather than cubicle-style.
