just sign my offer this morning, superday was super hard i guess for non-finance major people, but pretty easy for me, just make sure you know inside out how to build an lbo model, how to adjust your income statement in case you do a stock for stock m&a, different term debt, bunch of super complicated throwing dice probability questions, detailed market knowledge questions, which part of a hypothetical company should you sell to liquidate its assets fastest,....tons of other questions...but other than that, pretty serious stern stiff professional interviewers so no worries i think you will be just fine like me. Bests, let me know if you get the offer as well so we can all celebrate in NY

just wanna share...if you dont want to listen just f off those stupid ivy kids dont know shit...in banking kids, its about connection if you can pick up the phone and talk to the MD like i do then wouldnt bother checking these threads...by the way, i interned a BB last summer so I should understand LBO and M&A models dude thats like basic...if you dont know by now why bother applying

And what group were you in that was doing all these LBOs? M&A even? I did my sophomore year at a BB and trust me, they don't put sophomores on lead-left M&As or LBOs. Bull. Shit.

Your writing also appears so sub-par that it's particularly difficult to believe your claims. That, combined with large inconsistencies in your stories and what we have is a kid looking for attention. Well, you got it. Congrats!

I feel sorry for any banks that hired you or made an offer to you ttran86hcm. obviously you're a greedy wanna-be ibank kid who loves to brag. why dont you sleep with the MD. so what you work at a BB. all you did was probably making photocopies and serve coffee to your superior. kids these days...

I was a sophomore when i intered at RSM Equico,Inc. and btw if you go into their website you can see that they are ranked number 2 for deals under 250mm, so they are legit and we do deals with BX, Summit, Apex, Sequoia...so I built LBO models all the time...sorry to dissapoint you guys but I just signed the offer..believe it or not, its up to you but dont be hated and jealous of other people success..if you dont get any offers, my heart goes to you man...i feel you but please again dont bullshit in this thread..peace out!!!

i wouldnt mind telling you who i interviewed with...but i guess you will never have a chance to talk to them anyway..but yeah just pm me if you have any interest...and to those who have nothing better to do but to investigate someone on this blog by tracking their previous posts, you will never make it there...save your time and try to make connection..
