Has anyone heard of, or worked at, Cabrera Capital Markets? Cabrera is an investment bank headquartered in Chicago. What is their reputation, particularly in municipal finance? Work atmosphere?

From their website, it definitely sounds like a favorable place to work. Seems like they have a big emphasis on positive work environment, community initiatives, etc...
