Anyone know about this U.S. Bancorp Capital Markets in Chicago?

First time posting, but a long time reader of WSO. I know U.S. Bancorp has no IBD, but from what I have read, they do a lot of work in leveraged finance (calling it "capital markets" - high yield and loans). I'm wondering if anyone knows about the Loan Capital Markets division of U.S. Bancorp (U.S. Bank) in Chicago? Reputation, size, hours, associate salary, is it relatively new?

Opinions on U.S. Bancorp in general and specifically the LCM group in Chicago would be much appreciated.
