Appropriate Pay for Interns in Toronto Boutiques?
I am wondering what’s the appropriate pay for interns at IB boutiques in Toronto. Also do they offer any relocation stipends and is that a reasonable thing to ask for? Thanks for your help!
What types of boutiques are you referring to? Without further information its difficult to say. The larger independents pay street and the 2-3 man shops could pay 0.
Fairly reputable boutique, I would consider it an elite boutique just below Canaccord and GMP. Also what is the street pay for interns, is it different for offcycle interns?

Street is pro rata so 85k/52 = 6.5k/mo
Is it similar for both summer interns and off-cycle interns? Do you also get something for relocation and if not is it reasonable to ask for something? Thanks for your help.
