Just received the invite as well. Any idea on what types of questions it will be? Says we will have to turn our work in.

Interviewed with Ardea last year - the process was a standard first round -> second round which was a case study -> super day
Yeah, but they said that we will have a test of 20minutes to do and show our work in the excel
Is this before the first round or is it the first round? Looks like they are doing an additional screener to narrow down the applicants but happy to be helpful regarding the types of questions for the first round/super day and the case study
is the skillset's selective or everyone recieves?
