Currently have offers for both from SA24, was wondering which one would be a better pick? Would it ultimately come down to industry preference, as Ardea is FIG focused while Incentrum is HC focused?

Prioritize interest - both are well regarded boutiques but you will need to do the legwork to recruit for buyside roles. Heard Incentrum pays well (at or above top BB comp) but Ardea pay is next level due to profit sharing
What type of funds would potentially be out of the question from a place like this? Would UMM or even MF be potentially attainable given the senior leadership and their presence?
