Are 2nd Year Analysts Usually Let Go or is a 3rd year possible?

Are most 2nd years let go or are we promoted to 3rd year (standard 95k base)...I am not sure if I should be looking to leave or if my firm (MM) will let me go early. Any thoughts?

Depends on the bank. Plenty do 2.5-3 years for analysts so a 3rd year is fairly common
