It always seems like something (lack of financing, poor performance, etc.) gets in the way of an official close, even after a deal is already announced. My team has had several deals collapse and we also have a lot of mandates in our pipeline that are on hold or are seemingly going nowhere. Has this been something others have been dealing with?
