Are Warrants required to be included in a 13G or 13F?
SGYP does a secondary offering with 21 million common stock and 21 warrants. 1 week later an investment fund files a 13G with 19 million shares , ( New position) but no mention of warrants. If warrants are required to be included in 13G , does that mean this fund did not participate in offering?
