Heard in multiple threads that west coast offices are more laidback. Does this refer mainly to more chill dress code or less corporate culture? Is WLB better for teams based in places like Menlo Park, SF, Palo Alto?
Intuitively I would assume so since if we get any comments from New York it would be earlier for folks on the west coast but that also means we need to get up earlier?
