Arrest Record in Background Check
Recently got arrested for public intoxication - police officers thought I couldn't take care of myself and decided to take me to the police station. I will start my IB summer internship soon and am frankly clueless about what to do with this and how my bank will view this if they can see my arrest record during the background check. Spoke to the lawyer and will most likely get the case dismissed without a conviction.
Does anyone have advice? Should I inform the bank? Is it possible that the bank will rescind my offer if they see my arrest record? Literally freaking out.
