Asking for Promotion
Hi all,
Apologies if this isn’t the right place to post this but the Investment Banking Forum is the most active.
I’m intending to ask my director formally for a promotion given its annual review time. I’ve had a good year, although I’ve only been at the company for a year, and my manager is supportive of my ambition to get a promotion and will be speaking to my director about this.
Any tips/advice you can give on how to structure the conversation with my director would be appreciated! If you can share your own experiences as well that would be helpful.
