For MBAs graduating in May 2006 the signing bonus for IBD and S&T was 30K at all banks. There is almost zero deviation in associate pay package amongst any of the 11 or so major banks than recruit at the top 5 or 10 schools. Only difference was in the timing of your pay. And once one bank makes a change the rest follow suit immediately....
are getting $40k signing bonuses this year from those same 11 banks.
Did you hear whether or not they upped salary, in addition to signing? I heard rumours upping it from 95K to somewhere between 105 and 115 for the 07 MBAs, but no confirmation yet....
Do you happen to know about PE shops and sign on bonuses?
Does anyone know if you can get separate funds for M&L? Or is it all considered to be in the sign on?
all BBs are currently at 95k....i doubt they will increase it to 105 considering most people have already signed and they have no incentive in doing so.
Are these sign in bonuses still applicable post-2008 apocalypse? What are the latest figures you've heard about?
$50-60K is the typical range now, with some EBs paying more.

Numbers I know are just for IBD (inc. M&A) in the U.S.
