Hey all, I'm getting the bump to VP shortly and was wondering if a promotion bonus is a thing or not. Haven't heard either way about it from my manager but was wondering if this is typical at other banks. I lateraled in as an associate from a non-IB role but understand an A2A bonus is standard? Thanks!
