Avondale Partners - healthcare boutique - insights?

http://www.avondalepartnersllc.com/investment-ban…

I'm not sure if links are allowed but this is the transaction list for avondale partners. It's a healthcare boutique in nashville.

I'm bad at gauging the deal flows of banks. It looks like their M&A is $40m-100m. In terms of capital raising, it seems like they're always co manager on some sizeable deals?

What do you all think of this firm?

It's filled with a bunch of Vandy and UNC alumni. They have a pretty good healthcare group based in Nashville that does a LOT of middle market work. Other than that, not too many strengths. Exit opp's probably consist of: (1) Business School, (2) PE doing MM healthcare transactions, or (3) moving to a MM or boutique IB firm. You're not going to get into GS or MS by spending two years in Avondale's Nashville office though... if that's what you had in mind.
