Awesome luxury short-term sublet - share

I'm doing FT IBD and looking to share my place with someone. Not getting enough utility out of what I'm paying. Details of the place:

Rent: $1400 per person per month all included (utilities, high speed wifi, cable) (no fees obviously I'm the one staying here currently) Neighborhood: midtown west, nyc Building: brand new, luxury, 24h doorman, very nice gym, laundry, super nice outdoor space within the building Unit: patio, jacuzzi, all stainless steel appliances, already has couch, dining and living room tables, flat screen; all you need is a bed or air mattress; no history of bed bugs (if that's important to you)

It is a studio, but its huge. Bigger than many 1br and we could definitely throw up those temporary walls.

I go out once or twice on the weekends and looking for someone who goes out about the same. Looking for a down to earth roomie who won't be super loud / crazy / have lots of people over as my sleep / down time comes at a premium.

Flexible on length of stay, anything up to 6 months. Good for interns, someone looking to wait on signing a lease, and anyone who doesn't want to live in a miserable dump.
