Background Checks - Junior standing because of credits earned
I am in my 2nd year but have junior standing because of credits earned in high school. I have been interviewing for corp. finance internships and have been saying I am a junior. My situation is that if I take 16 credits next semester and 18 credits both semesters my senior year, I could graduate in 3 years. Because of that I have been interviewing stating I was a junior, even though I may not graduate in 3 years. If next semester I take 13 credits, instead of 16, are background checks going to show that I may not actually be able to graduate in 3 years. Thanks.
why would you clearly explain that to the interviewer so you don't have an issue?
regardless, academic records are private unless you release them so you'll know when they know. you have to sign off giving them permission to go get them but in most cases they just ask you to bring a transcript
So are you saying I should explain this situation to interviewers or I should not?
