Background in Tech Segue into Tech group recruiting?
At a target with prior internships in SWE and past experiences understanding technology from a more engineering perspective. Was wondering whether a background in tech would give me an edge for recruiting for technology groups (e.g. MS Menlo)?
Also a more meta question - but would any of those experiences translate over to a unique skill set compared to peers working in tech IB?
