Industrials, especially ADG (which is actually under their tech/services I believe) are very good.

It is sweaty, but good deal flow and more deal work than pitching, so at least not continuously pitching. Also think the culture is nice, it's a little more laid back than a lot of other banks due to midwestern vibes. Definitely a great choice especially if you don't want to work in NYC. Has big hitter offices revenue wise in DC and FL, as well as Chicago/Milwaukee HQ.

Also think they are very much open to a range of schools, obviously it's a lot of Uchicago and Northwestern as well as typical schools (from linkedin seeing some Georgetown, Cornell type), but from a quick linkedin search, there are def a range of colleges represented.
