multiple coverage groups with offices there. i forget which ones but i think HC, industrials, tech, and consumer. dealflow is group dependant.
pay is same as NY at least at junior level
culture is relaxed, can wear jeans when not in front of clients
Nice culture but industrials is very sweaty. some groups are very chill like consumer. Tbh I guess living in Milwaukee isn't bad during analyst years since your tied to the desk anyways lol. I think Houston has a better COL ratio still
Baird pays street and is a sweatshop. Your money will go far in Milwaukee, but most people there will be locals to the area
