Baird vs Lincoln
Hi Everyone!
Have a quick question for you. If I have an offer from both of these firms but I really enjoy the people at Lincoln does it make sense to take a step down in "prestige" and take Lincoln>Baird?
Planning on recruiting for PE but not entirely sure. Non target undergrad
Lincoln is a great bank. If you get along well with them culturally I would say there's a good chance that the better fit would offset any "prefftige" deficit, if any.
Personally don’t think the “prestige” of these two places are very different. If you get along with the Lincoln people much better would not hesitate to take that offer over Baird. Once you’re on the desk, the so called “prestige” thing that undergrads care about doesn’t really matter to you
Do you think Baird offers a significant advantage for PE recruiting?
curious as well
As people have said, both banks are great and while Baird may be slightly more "prestigious", Lincoln still offers a very quality experience. If you really get along with the Lincoln folks, that's definitely important.
