BAML SF TMT Coverage
Any thoughts on this group? Am at an EB right now, looking to lateral into west coast IB (don't want to do PE, would prefer to do tech coverage). Any thoughts/experience with this group?

Solid and growing group. Pretty much all tech (of the TMT) happens in Palo Alto and not New York with few exceptions. PA has tech coverage and tech M&A groups with M&A being a much smaller group. I would suggest also looking into groups like Qatalyst Goldman and MS if you're looking to stay longer term. And as you know boutiques tend to outperform for compensation so would be worth considering again Qatalyst, EVR, CVP
