I just want to comment how absolutely fucking crazy it is that recruiting is basically over before May.
I’m literally a 22 year old first year analyst and I recruited for SA during the summer, most BB applications went up on July 1st, etc.
What the fuck happened
Last year was kind of similar but a couple weeks slower. I feel like it gets faster each year lol
DA Davidson, SMBC, BNP Paribas, and a bunch of boutique firms that begin recruiting in summer/fall.
