Just got invited to have a phone interview with Barclays Capital for their operations program in NY. Has anyone been through this process before? Are there any specific things I should be prepared for for the phone interview other than the basics? Also, this is going to sound bad, what exactly do people who work in operations do? I mean I have a basic idea but I want to have a good answer when the ask Why Operations? Any advice helps. Thanks!
