I have applied to the Barclays Junior Success Program online couple weeks ago. I was wondering if anyone who also applied has heard back yet? Also, does anyone know how the interview will be like? (Technical/Behavioral)

I have a very stupid question..... Barclays' application system confuses me a little bit. I think I applied for the junior program and summer position simultaneously, but I'm not exactly sure. When I was applying, both apply links take me to the same page, and I just filled up the application form once. So anyone knows what i'm talking about and knows if I applied for both or just the summer one? Also, is there any way to check which program you submitted your application for?

My interviewer told me that HR should be contacting us by Oct 12th with the next steps. She had no idea what the next step is though

Just got an email for the trading program saying I was accepted and outlining some more specifics of the program. The program consists of an evening reception then workshops the following day and on the final days is the 2 hours of interviews.
what time did you get it?
Around 7pm EST. I should clarify, it was for the "Markets and Research" Junior Success event from November 2nd-4th. The Banking Junior Success event is November 5th-6th and idk anything about that process since I only applied to the Markets and Research track.
