Barclays Performance Review
Ignore title. Joined the firm in the last year and just had my performance review.
Could someone walk me through the performance rating process? I got high remarks, but don’t know how the process works in terms of connecting back to comp and bucketing (i.e. what scales are available on the How and What categories).
