depends on the bank! having attended these banks’ diversity programs, i’d say barclays gives easier questions (exclusively behaviorals with few technicals) during interviews, whilst evercore and citi still grill you on the technicals, as they would if you were a regular applicant
Diversity programs give pretty doable technicals and are mostly behavioral esp if you get involved as a freshman
