Goldman Sachs pays the worst. Literally, they pay $5K for the year end bonus for analysts across the board. Worst part, the bottom bucket analysts get paid $5K in cat food. Only the top of the top get paid in cash money. This is called the Goldman discount.

The other banks are RELATIVELY even with each other. The bonus for top bucket first years is already determined - hell its already October. These guys have been bringing in so much revenue in the last 4 months since they started training, the banks have already determined the allocation.

Here's the breakdown:

top ~$99,000 middle ~$87,000 bottom ~$75,000
